Phil Turner, Founder and President
Phil has been building and repairing mechanical and electronic devices forever - and is a master technician. He can repair just about anything and is a whiz when it comes to thinking outside the box. His creative approach to alarm and video systems is impressive. His extensive background in auto mechanics, ham radios computers and video systems allows him to design unique and practical surveillance systems for just about any purpose. Some of his more creative surveillance video systems are placed in remote locations to monitor Washington's vulnerable wildlife.
Phil has a no-frills approach to business. He never sells anything the customer doesn't need and only uses and sells products that are mechanically well made. He is always looking for practical AND low-cost solutions for his clients. He wants you to be satisfied, period, and will go out of his way for you.
Dayle Parry, Vice President
Thank goodness for Dayle! She is the glue that keeps the office running. There is no project too big or complicated for Dayle to tackle. Amongst other things, Dayle keeps all of us on an even keel when we are about to go off the deep end - an invaluable talent, yet not given nearly enough credit.
Dayle's rich and diverse background is a tremendous asset for Olympia Systems. She saw the world while specializing in medical supply for the US Army. After her tour of duty, she managed supplies and personnel in Washington hospitals. She then tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit to become an independent business woman, specializing in agriculture and landscaping. Although she was coaxed off her farm to become our operations manager, she simultaneously runs a farm where her customers continue to clamor for fresh chicken eggs.
